I went to the ER after a light bulb exploded and caused a laceration on my wrist. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was taken back after a short wait. The team was friendly and efficient, and they made sure I was comfortable — especially after I mentioned I don’t do well with needles. Andrew Lam, CRNP, was absolutely amazing. He took his time, stayed calm and in control, and made a stressful situation completely manageable. His professionalism and care stood out, and I highly recommend him and his team.
Very smooth process. Short wait in a quiet waiting room and access to a clean restroom. The new, stronger prescription was added and I am very happy.
