They are the absolute worst occupational medicine office I have ever gone to. I was told by the woman that saw me that she couldn't make a decision and I had to see the Doctor Jusinski. She knew it was for abuse and a mental injury so she told me to gather all my evidence to go over it with the Doctor. So I went back to see Dr Jusinski with about 100 pages of evidence.
