Despite all of the low reviews I had a great experience at this location. I went in on Tuesday after work with a possible worker's comp issue for blood contamination. The RN on duty (Sue) was super thorough in explaining the process to me and offered to squeeze me in an appointment for the next day so I could come back and get the proper paperwork. Worst place ever. Been twice waited over 2 hrs. TVs in the waiting room are super loud. The whole waiting room asked to turn them down and they told us management needs them that loud. After being taken in both times after 2 hrs of waiting the Drs told us they can't see and to go to an er. Do not go here. Drive anywhere else

My mother couldn't get an appointment with her primary, so she went to this urgent care. Presented with sore throat, headache, a bad cough, shortness of breath, fever, fatigue - CLASSIC SYMPTOMS OF COVID OR FLU. She has comorbidities of the heart and lungs. She waited for hours before being seen, which may or may not be the fault of the staff. She was asked if she'd recently been somewhere "where there were a lot of people", which she answered she had.
