First, the nurses tell me they would do something for me, or they say they will be there and it might take hours. If they say their going to do it, I expect it done in a timely manner. My time there was a waste of time. I was worse when I left. I was released 9/4. It was rushed and I didn't get some of my things. I didn't get the meds I took in with me and I didn't get my CPAP. I don't know how to adequately review this place being I was such in a low state when I was received there however I can tell you most of the staff were genuine and you can tell they really loved there job and loved. However there are staff who get agitated and it reflects on how they treat there clients. It goes for every one we're not perfect. Overall I think this facility was well ran and the staff cared. Nice stay.. 3 MEALS, Sensory and Music Meditations, BASKETBALL AND DBT. DNA in database. Cna. Psychiatrist, sidewalk chalk and music.
They don't care about you.
I went to go visit someone and it was a nightmare. They tell you to follow a long list of rules THEY NEVER GIVE YOU. They dont do a good job at letting patients know how visitation works. And It really felt like everyone in there was being neglected, just put in front of a coloring book or TV. It broke my heart seeing how even the staff didnt know the rules of the facility.
