The staff is always welcoming, kind, and willing to answer any question.
Terrible . Rude employees and medical staff that did not get to know me as a new patient. The office manager was kind and professional though… I didn’t request her and the staff realized their behavior was not welcoming based on my feedback, and asked her to step in. It’s unfortunate and I hope they change the way they interact with new patients and make a difficult appointment less difficult in the future . Kindness please St Luke’s.
