Excellant doctor and care from everyone. Would recommend and go again.
Today my husband had a consultation visit with Dr. Caitlyn FoleyMD. Doctor was excellent, informative, took time to discuss his concerns and extremely pleasant. The moment we arrived to his sign out instructions the staff were welcoming and efficient and a pleasure to meet. Thank you.
Dr. Hong and his staff were lovely. The front staff greeted me warmly when I arrived and the nursing staff were friendly and informative. Everyone was so welcoming and caring. Dr. Hong was very compassionate and really listened to my concerns. I felt heard and understood. He offered solutions to my problem and I feel extremely confident that he will be able to help me with my issue. Most doctors rush to judgements and assumptions, but not Dr. Hong. I wish more doctors were like him.
This place does not care about patient safety, comfort, or mental health. I promised my partner that I would be with him for his procedure and they made me stay out in the waiting room. He was alone with strangers and in pain. This place lacks compassion. And be particularly wary of a nurse named Victoria Worthington!! She tried to gaslight me and she touched me without my consent! Steer clear of this place!!!
You never know who you are even seeing. I've met the entire medical staff and one of their doctors need to retire.but they really are the only game in town, just don't be complicated and have incurable diseases. Office staff is great!
