I had my yearly screening mammo done yesterday for the first time at the S Eagle address inside the hospital. For the last 7 years I’ve gone to Meadowlake location but due to scheduling mix up ended up at the hospital. Going there has always been a good experience. This was the absolute worst mammo experience I’ve ever had . The mammo tech obviously did not enjoy her job. I took my mother in for her mammogram and just had a horrible customer service experience. The lady at the front desk ( Beth) was rude from the beginning. She visibly rolled her eyes when scheduling my moms next year’s appointment simply because I asked for an afternoon appointment anytime after 3pm. She stated well there’s 20 options to choose from so which one and I said 3:15pm is fine and she rolled her eyes again and sighed and said “ 3:10 or 3:20?”. I like to come to this location even though some of the others are closer to my home. I have found that they are very personable, professional, and accommodating. It's really easy to see from the street as you're driving up and there is never a problem with parking. I want to give a little shout out to Erica who checked me in for being so warm and kind. I would definitely recommend this location for mammograms and breast care.
