Professional all the way. Also timely
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at St. Luke's Cataract & Laser Institute. I had a scheduled appointment, arranged well in advance, and I took time out of my workday to arrive on time. To my shock and frustration, when I checked in, I was told that the doctor wasn't even in the office that day. No one from the office ever called, emailed, or texted to let me know that the appointment was canceled or rescheduled. They acted like I was important to them, and gave simple answers to all my questions.
I had a horrible experience with St. Luke's at Brownwood. The girl/technician who checked my eyes was very testy and acted like she was in a hurry. Probably the reason my prescription turned out horribly wrong. When I called to get them to fix the problem I was told that it takes time to get used to new glasses! I'm 68 and I've never had this happen.
