My father’s eye needed immediate care, after calling several places and feeling defeated St. Luke’s was able to get him in. The receptionist greeted my parents with a warm smile and made them feel comfortable from the moment they walked in. Dr. Causey and his staff took the time to listen to his concerns, and explain the treatment. He is an exceptional ophthalmologist who truly cares about his patients. Thank you so much for taking care of my father, he battles Parkinson’s disease but everyones kindness made today better.
Went in with the incorrect appointment day, the representative found an appointment for me. Was treated very well with everyone
Everything was explained in detail.The appointment was on time .Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and every step worked like clockwork. I was very nervous about this procedure and they were very caring.
Scheduled an appointment for a refraction. A refraction was performed by a technician not a doctor. A mistake was made in the refraction and prescription and unfortunately I paid $1000 for glasses which I could not see through. Had to schedule another re-refraction. This was done 2 to 3 weeks later. I specifically requested that the doctor performed the refraction and the doctor refused. “This is not how we do it here.” it was again performed by the technician.
