Dr Gills and his entire staff are amazing! Both the Spring Hill office and the Tatpon Springs Institute are so professional and caring. Going back for my right eye Tuesday and can't wait. They really go out of their way for the comfort of their patients.
Their own auto text for appointments posts an address that is INCORRECT. After finding the proper location I brought it up to the clerk and she stated it's happened before and proceeded to process me. She didn't care. Not cool considering this is largely a community of elderly people that may have extreme difficulty sorting this out.
Always an amazing experience to come here. The staff and doctors are like a well-oiled machine. Efficient and professional!
The clinic, appointment desk, doctors and surgeons are top notch. I am impressed and thankful every day for the results of my surgery. This is all great until I tried to get copies of my medical records sent to my primary doctor. Not a person only a website that keeps telling me that they are working on it. Now saying it can take up to 30 days. Probably the worst part of a great organization
