Was referred to Abhay Singh, a urologist at St Luke’s center for Urology. Left visit with more questions than when I arrived. assembly line medical treatment, “I don’t see all your records, go have another test, then reschedule”. Total time spent with the physician was less than 10 minutes and nothing was accomplished. Seems this is what the “privatized healthcare industry” has successfully implemented to maximize profits, as we continue to receive substandard care without any significant changes in the foreseeable future.
NEUROSURGERY I sat in front of a woman who took less than 15m to review sporadic records of my traumatic brain and spine injuries related to a severe car accident 2018. She does not possess bed side manor nor does she have knowledge of brains. the head nurse in the emergency room at night told me that i’m using my anxiety as an excuse to not work, i can’t even believe she said that to me. every other doctor or nurse there was completely respectful and nice but the head nurse has zero clue what she’s talking about and she’s just gonna be disrespectful to me. i’m not tolerating that and anybody else with anxiety wouldn’t either. i went to the ER twice yesterday and i came to this one the second time and the other doctors helped me but the nurse had no clue what she ... read more
