Very friendly front desk staff, however I came in here to deal with my depression and adjust those meds. The doctor walked in the room and immediately said he wants to pull me off two meds that I rely on because he doesn't agree with them. He didn't hear me out. He had his mind set before even talking to me. If you're on meds and need an adjustment, this isn't the place to go.

Using a burner account to stay anonymous. I went there twice, the first time I felt dismissed but was given resources to reach out to to seek help. I became too physically and mentally sick and exhausted to reach out to those resources so I returned a few days later in distress, panicking, clearly in crisis, inconsolable and sobbing. After an hour drive and 10 minutes of looking for the office, it’s inconveniently by an old emergency room sign.. I was one minute late and turned away. What a way to deal with mental health patients.

Great place. Friendly, caring staff. When I came in the place was pretty empty that I was seen right away. The facility seems like it's brand new. The casemanager that I spoke to took her time talking to me. They were so helpful that I was connected to a great Psychiatrist within that same week and was able to get the help I desperately needed.
