Im mainly giving this review because i absolutely love the nurses and some of the drs here. Ive been dealing with severe nerve pain and 99% of my experience with them is absolutely amazing! Especially the nurse Kate Montero is an ABSOLUTE INCREDIBLE SWEETHEART! She is extremely compassionate, sweet and very well mannered. ST Lukes is one of the best hospitals ever! Highly recommend to anyone in need of care.
The absolute worst hospital. We were here for pain related issues. After waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours they brought us to ultrasound acted like they found something and sent us back to the waiting room. All the sudden we get discharge paperwork related to allergies Sent to our phone. When I approached the front desk they said we were no longer on their list to be seen. Update: Still no response from St. Luke’s who wrongly submitted a bill that belongs to Worker’s Comp. to a collection agency who’s ruining my credit right now. I filed a complaint about them. Do not go here, do not get service at St. Luke’s. It’s better to drive to Philadelphia or get your care at Atlantic health on the jersey side than to ever subject yourself to this.
