I was TERMINATED as a patient. My insurance group was no longer going to insure this provider, so I could not afford to do any follow-ups. While I do admit to poor communication, I just called to try & get back in, and was told" No, they will not let you back in". After I had just learned that my insurance has reconsidered McClaren as an allowed provider. Treated with no respect or regard at all. Would not let me explain the situation. No wonder they're a failing provider.
Way better choice than Promedica and Mercy!
Have been seeing this practice for many years. Both me and my husband. Highly recommend Dr. Dooley to anyone that needs a family MD. Love all the staff. 💗
