I am leaving this review to warn others about the dismissive and unprofessional treatment I received from the new doctor. He is very insulting, disrespectful, and showed zero investment in my health or well-being! It is incredibly discouraging to be treated like a nuisance by your primary care provider. The lack of basic empathy and patient care should be unacceptable. Our experiences at St. Luke Ridgewater Clinic have been amazing! Dr. Larson and Leanne always make our family feel special and cared for. When our daughter went in for her well-child checkup, the level of care was truly marvelous; they have such a wonderful way with children! I couldn't recommend St. Luke Ridgewater enough for families in our area!
Dr. Billings is so wonderful!!! Such a caring, gentle a smart soul, who really “cares”. It shows! If he doesn’t know the answer he will take his time & find it. Never leaves ya hanging. I love that!
Awesome service. I had to reschedule an appointment due a full schedule at work. The staff and Dr. Larson were so great to work with my schedule and offer me options. I took advantage of a telehealth visit which saved me so much time!
