Yall never pick up the he phone my we been calling 2 days in a row for my baby’s pediatrician doctor and not one answer from yall Port St. Lucie women and children like are you guys doing your job it’s fine we are going to look for a new one but yall need to get yall shit together It’s embarrassing and Unprofessional
Definitely a horrible place. The reception service is awful and they have a terrible attitude. They have already rescheduled my appointment three times because the doctor is never available. When I asked for someone to assist me in Spanish, since I couldn’t understand everything they were telling me, they said they had no one, neither over the phone nor at the reception. DISCRIMINATION!
The medical staff is nice; but the front office is basically unreachable. I’ll call 3-5 times, leave voicemails and still nobody would get back to me. Yes I know it takes 24-48 hours but they still don’t get back past that time. They schedule you without telling you if you can do the date. The front staff always has an attitude even for something simple as an appointment change they make it sound like you’re doing too much. If I could ZERO stars I would. Just wasted my entire half hour lunch break standing in the waiting room to not even be looked at or addressed. Meanwhile there’s a patient in there talking and laughing with everyone in there meanwhile other waiting to be taken care of. Just needed to pick up my kids vaccine record for school. Was told over the phone they are back from lunch at 1 to come stand here and be told they closed at 1. The whole office is a joke!!!
