This is ridiculous. I have been requesting an appointment from this facility and have not heard back from them. I am 30 weeks and 2 days pregnant and just recently got back on Medicaid. I am trying to manage my health care and get the necessary medical care for myself and my unborn child. I have been waiting since 9/14/26 for a response.
They send confirmation texts to show up at 0745, yet they won’t open doors until 0800. Then we sit in the waiting room for 30 min… mind you - we are the ONLY patient in the building. Finally a MA called us back and did the routine check up process. Then we sit in the room for another 15 min waiting for the doctor to come in. So for a 15-20 min appointment we were there until 0900. IMO if you want us to be courteous and respectful of your time… please consider doing the same for your patients.
I have a tragic accident I lost my baby sitting in that waiting room full of pregnant women triggers me . I can't stop it's sad they won't even separate me from them..
My sister went to her appointment just for the doctor to tell her what he already told her at the first appointment it’s sad yall gotta start doing better nobody what is going on as an OBGYN you still need to give all moms that same care stop already picking them out thinking that their all not going to make it to deliver their babies yall are not god
Warm welcome smile first walk in by Tracy great very helpful and happy. Karyn great smile very gentle taking my blood then over at the pharmacy Ulecia another great smile and nice. All I can say I never been at a place where everyone was happy at there job friendly service with a smile I’m definitely coming back and recommend this place just super amazing thank you so much.
