Easy consultation process and friendly staff and Doctors are knowledgeable and experienced.
Great first visit after that, frustrating ... they do not answer the phone in SLW location so I call Ft Pierce they always! Answer the phone and return calls with answers to my medical questions. SLW sent hubby and myself for blood work and the rx seemed to have gotten lost on transmission, so we had to go to office for paper script. Absolutely live Valeria. She's smart, compassionate and professional. Last MA we saw seemed to care more about her upcoming weekend, not so professional. Overall it's ok.
Their phone service is the worse, they never picked up the phone and they never return your phone call in timely manner.
Do not go here you will regret it. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. They are charging me for office visits so I wasn’t even there for. They keep sending me bills in the mail and I keep calling the billing department who claims they are going to fix things, but never do.
