Horrible experience! They consistently cancel appointments and are always understaffed. No dentist ever stays at this office and they are constantly changing. Find another office if you are looking to keep your scheduled appointments!!
Horrible we’re not upfront with the total amount I owed. Wanted my bridge to be clued back in my mouth.Took X-rays I and gave me a bill for 193 dollars signed it thinking that’s the whole bill. They brought another bill to sign for 200 hundred dollars the coast to glue my bridge in., I think that’s unethical to not tell mr the glue was a separate charge. I will never recommend this place. The cost to re glue the bridge was 400 dollars outrages.
The entire staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL! I had a broken bridge and they got me in the next day! This is a very clean office with all new technology. Highly recommend Saint Lucie West Dental Services!!
I went to this dentist office for a consultation on a tooth. The office is quite nice, I liked the atmosphere, it felt comfortable and welcoming and the staff was quite pleasant and forthcoming. However, I did not feel like I was advised on my tooth with the right intentions. And when I asked for alternatives, because I had doubts about a certain treatment being necessary, none were provided. The st Lucie west dental care was amazing. Dr Patel is super sweet kind and gentle. She pulled my wisdom tooth and i literally felt nothing. Her dentist assistant Sam was great and they are very friendly and makes you feel welcoming. And the office manager Jillian was extremely kind and helpful. I definitely give them 10/10. They will see me again.
