We had our re-roof done in March 2023. We started having leaks April 14, 2023 because St. Lucie Roofing did not properly install the blue waterproofing paper in the crickets which caused damage to our ceiling and flooring. They stated that they caused damaged to part of the room which is true but it is not possible to replace a few of the boards as they were discontinued.
