Karen, PA. So rude. Office staff and other Providers are really good, in the 14 or 15 years I've been going to this practice, no issues, until I was shouted at and told quite loudly "rescheduled her". Don't want to get into details but I so did not deserve her treatment.
I find this Medical Center,Dr Sanz and Rosemarie Arias as so patient, always listen to your concerns then address them accordingly.Everyone in the office are friendly always informative and ready to assist.The Heart and Family group are always ready to help.
