This jewelry store is a complete scam. I brought my diamond ring in for cleaning and polishing, and they swapped my real diamond with a fake one. I asked them to do it quickly, and they told me to come back in 40 minutes and that they would call me if it was ready sooner. When I returned after only 30 minutes, the ring was already done, they never called. Emely was very knowledgeable about what she was doing appraising my jewelry. She was very friendly and had a good attitude. There was another lady there, helping her by calling their appraiser. I did not get her name, but she was very helpful. If you want a fair price for your jewelry, go to St. Lucie, jewelry!!!
