I was on time for my eye exam and eyeglasses, they made me wait about 20 minutes. I told the receptionist person that i was there for the exam and reading/distance glasses. However, when the woman doctor came in (Her name was something ending in 'baum', she started dwelling on retina care, when i told her all i wanted was a prescription for reading and distance glasses she told me I would have to make another appointment, I told her that was why I was there was for the glasses and she just ignored it and left the exam room. ... read more
