I have every confidence that Dr. Karli will take the best care of me for my bilateral cataracts. I was so grateful that she discovered the partial macular hole that wasn't there 6 months ago. Early detection is a bonus. The staff who took my measurements for surgery were professional and caring. Thank you to Christina, Courtney and Carlos. No star is more appropriate. Lyn Lane the office administrator, canceled my cataract eye surgery, because I was asked whether or not I have a Will. I was led to believe that these were Medicare policies. To the contrary, I was told by Medicare that these are not their policies, these are the policies of St. Lucie Eye Associates. What does a Will have to do with my eye operation? These are sensitive and private information that caused me anxiety before surgery.
