As with the other 1 star ratings, my experience was eerily similar. I went there because they are close to my job and I wouldn't have to waste a Saturday or take a day off to get repair work done. They said I needed 1 part replaced, paid over $300, car made the same noise after getting fixed. I brought it back and the mechanic said he couldn't hear anything. Drove home, same knocking sound. Gouged my wife on unneeded A/C line (300% markup- more than average). When A/C failed next day, wife took it back- only to be told they didn't have time to look at it. I stepped in, they looked at it- diagnosed blockage. More unneeded parts later.....still no A/C. Quoted me $1000 to redo whole A/C system- Does this sound like mechanics or part replacers? I admit I am a little shocked at some of the reviews... Its like we aren't going to the same place. I have a modified Corvette that needs special handling for tire changes. This shop has installed very oversized low profile run flat tires that present very difficult installation problems. Never had any problems with this shop. My car is too low to drive onto most lifts. Poor service at best, Bayshore location lost my wife's wheel lock after a tire rotation, 2 weeks ago Orange Av location never put the valve stem caps back on after oil change & tire rotation ����. Your better off at a 10 Minute Lube, cheaper, faster and less hassle!!

I was pulling a box trailer north and found one of the trailer tires damaged. I pulled off the parkway and found this outfit on mobile Google. I went for two new trailer tires, then the wife decides she wants 4 new michelins on her immaculate grand Cherokee that we had just detailed. Two hours and $1300 later they roll the car out with all 4 of the $500 each rims scratched to pieces. I have been going to the orange ave. store since I was 16 yrs old,back when you could still buy fresh eggs from Mrs miller next door. The eggs were always fresh and the tire store has always been great on all of my needs for me and all 5 of my kids . Keep up the good work Joey,Doug,Kenny,Jeff,Mark and the whole gang !

Bayshore location. Back in July 2014 I took my son's 2006 Kia Spectra5 for an front end alignment, because it pulled to the right. I was told it didn't need an alignment it needed new motor mounts for the tune of $800.The tech stated it had torque steer. I held off on that procedure because my son was leaving for college. This Dec when my son returned home ,I took the vehicle on I95 drove it a 75 MPH put it in neutral and it pulled to the right. In conclusion new motor mounts would not have made a difference. They are always kind and very helpful, they do good work and from my personal experience have always stood by their work. When I've had an issue that continues with my vehicles they are very willing and quick to check and fix the issue.

Always have my car serviced or repaired here. They have always been trustworthy and seem to be the only buisness who can align any of my vehicles correctly. Prices are a little high but work is clean.
