RecommendedI just spent 8 days recovering here after elective surgery that was supposed to be just a day or two ...I was cared for by at least a dozen RN’s plus multiple CNA and other support staff. Minus a couple minor exceptions the staff here is friendly, caring, wonderful and did their best to help me recover. Dr Benninghoven came to see me every day 8 days straight, answering my questions and managing my care as professionally and skillfully as anyone could ask. Thank you St Louise!
Avoid. They are rude and they aren't treating a patient correctly. If he loses his leg it's on them.
If I could give no stars I would! This place was the absolute worst! I informed the nurses my medication plan and they ignored it. I was never informed of the care plan they would just start and never explained what was going on. The worst part was how careless they were when it came to taking care of my son they didn't try to make drawing blood or doing tests with any ease. It is so unfortunate that this supposed to be wonderful and beautiful experience was ruined with such horrible staff and horrible service. Please please... read more
I took my toddler and while I was getting her checked in she was yelling like crazy and a staff member in the front desk started singing to my little girl helping me calm her down, that meant everything to me! They got us in and out in less than an hour, the staff was very kind, caring and super helpful. You guys have a great team In the ER. Thank you so so much for all your attention and your kindness!
Just had my Gallbladder removed, from the moment I got to the ER entrance they opened the doors without having to push a button at midnight, took me in really fast didn't even finish signing paperwork&had a person waiting to take me back to get my vitals all the staff were friendly, detailed with information and have had an all around good stay my 4 days here I personally was hesitant to come here as I have had negative experiences in the past (I'm local Gilroy resident) but definitely glad I made the choice to come here! wa... read more
