I was under the impression that this office is trained to work with children with special needs, however, my 10-year old left without any services today. He was not comfortable (hysterically crying actually) when he was told he had to lay down on a bed or be restrained physically in order for them to look in his mouth. He's not comfortable laying on the bed but he would have let them look in his mouth without any issue had they not made him lay down. I am giving this office a 0 star… even after making the previous complaint, I spoke with Claire and she was suppose to fix the problem but instead today this morning I received a call from a man stating that my child is no longer a guest and they will no longer service him because of the statement that I made.
