Seems like a money grab. Not concerned about patient well being at all. One surgeon there, apparently botched something,...2 yrs later, I need another major surgery!! Too bad St. Lukes doesn't have more options
I arrived at 12:35 for a 1230 appointment. As I hadn’t been in the office for three years, I had to spend 15 minutes filling out a ream of papers. This is the only office I’ve ever been to where they asked for a copy of my health directive for their file. In my opinion, that is not something they need to have. Good surgeon
Don’t waste your time and money in this place.
By far the worst I’ve been to! They do not have an urgency and do not care about patients or well being! The office manager Lauren is one of the most ignorant ladies I have ever spoken to. St Luke’s really needs to look into them and how they are representing them!
