The people here are pleasant but i am not super pleased with the service this time around. My bow is broken and has taken longer to fix then what i was told it was going to be. The gentleman on the phone explained to me that employee who fixes the bows/instruments is very backed up at the moment. I feel that businesses have a duty to fix the customers items in a timely manner and if they cant maybe bring some extra help in for a temporary amount of time. Great and easy to work with. Kind and knowledgeable staff. We have been renting with them for years and have had no problem swapping out instruments when we needed to (for repairs, improved quality, increased sizes). I also like that the rental payments are applied toward purchase of the instrument.
This place is like walking into a candy store. Beautiful instruments by Anton Krutz. Lock me in, and bring me some food once in awhile.
My 9 year got her cello 3no ago and we just love it
