The Salt Room is where I go to help me breathe better. Especially in St. Louis where the humidity and mold counts are high, The Salt Room helps my body counteract the unhealthy parts of our urban air. I highly recommend it.
I so love the Salt Room. I go every other Saturday and I tell everyone. I work with young children Monday - Friday they always have coughs and running nose. My purpose is to build my immune system. I feel so relaxed afer my 45min session. Thank you so much Clay for the Salt Room.
Relaxing, therapeutic experience. I’d been battling bronchitis and decided to try the salt room. Seemed to be pretty beneficial; as I felt a relief with the symptoms. Booking a session was super easy. Clay is pleasant and the space is setup nicely. The reclining chairs & overall ambiance is amazing.
