I love this place for self care. It’s is extremely relaxing, not just the ambiance but something about the air just calms you down to a deep state of relaxation. I love coming here for relaxation or anytime I get a sinus infection it has dramatically made an improvement in getting over it.
The original salt room of St. Louis! I brought my friend here as a birthday present since we like to try new experiences and this was right up our alley! We were able to book the room for a private session and we really enjoyed it! The room gives off a really calming vibe and it was so relaxing! The Salt Room is where I go to help me breathe better. Especially in St. Louis where the humidity and mold counts are high, The Salt Room helps my body counteract the unhealthy parts of our urban air. I highly recommend it.
I so love the Salt Room. I go every other Saturday and I tell everyone. I work with young children Monday - Friday they always have coughs and running nose. My purpose is to build my immune system. I feel so relaxed afer my 45min session. Thank you so much Clay for the Salt Room.
