Working with Cody was amazing. We bought and sold with him. If you want someone who is going to get your back and fight for you during this process, Cody is your realtor. On buying a house his communication was superb, he listened to our wants and dislikes in houses to find us the right one. Cody was such a breeze to work with! He made showings fun and took the stress off house hunting. I could always rely on him to give me his honest opinion of a home or area and trusted him to know what we needed to write an offer at to be competitive.
