Over the years I have not been a fan pf physical therapy. However, STL Physical Therapy has changed my mind. I see Kara at the office in Des Peres. She is very patient and has help relieve pain from a hip that needs replacement. This therapy has put the surgery off for the time being.

Lauren my personal Physical Therapist; she is awesome in St. Charles... I have central spinal stenosis and my left leg was starting to get numb right down into my foot! I was in lots of pain too; especially in my hips... I have been to four appts and I am happy to say that my numbness is virtually gone! Still working on those hips but have high hopes that I can get back to normal... I have been to several PT's companies and this is, by far, the best... check them out!
