I have been going to Virginia for almost a decade for my permanent make-up on eyebrows. It is permanent, however I like to get the color refreshed every few years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch them! She listens & asks questions..........she is extremely detail oriented. Also one of the most kind & caring people I've ever met (including her husband). The owners are very kind and do their best to help however I got multiple laser treatments and I still have hair left. I had treatments with 3 different companies in the past, 3-4 visits were enough for 90-100% removal. I have had 6-12 visits and still have 50-20% hair left. They may need better laser equipment. Their prices were actually very good, however I rather get fewer treatments for a higher price than multiple treatments for not convincing results.
The person that said Mo Money Mo Money is lying. I have been coming to St. Louis Permanent Cosmetics and Laser for over a year. John and Virgina WILL NOT cheat you out of anything. I was able to get six laser hair removal treatments for $99.00. You have to come back every four to six weeks. So the person that wrote how bad they were, was misinformed. I highly recommend St. Louis Permanent Cosmetics and Laser. I give them 10 stars!!!
MO MONEY MO MONEY – !!! NO GOOD!!! It cost me $150 every two weeks for 6 treatments on my lip only!!!! Virgina and John are a good sales team . Be carful they will make you feel like they have the best equipment in the world! Please dont make the mistake me and my friends have made here. I do recomend coming here if you want to waste hundreds of dollars on any of their treatments. thank you for your time

What a Joke! – I received 6 laser hair removal treatments. That is what I was told would take care of my issues. This is not true. THIS PLACE HAS OUTDATED EQUIPMENT! I ended up going somewhere else to get the proper treatment. STAY AWAY or kiss your money goodbye!
Need to Share with Other Women – I did my homework before making my first appointment with Essential Cosmetics -- Virginia Schulte has been in business for 15 years and is Board Certified (the highest qualification). Also, a friend's dermatologist had recommended her, so by the time we met, I felt complete trust in her evaluations and suggestions. $4995.00 Totally Worthless – I signed up for the permanent make-up classes offered by Essential Permanent Cosmetics thinking I would be able to have a second income only to have my make-up done and not a chance of working in MO. MO. law requires 300 hours and has since 2008. EPC offers a 40 hours class which is worthless. I payed $4995.00 to EPC only to have my make-up done and not a chance of working in MO.
