My kids have been coming here since they were toddlers. They always have been good to us. But recently, they cannot keep an appointment to save their soul. Come to find out they have four locations with only three dentist. How does that even happen? Anyways, They tell me they can reschedule my kids appointment for another five months away. Used to be a great office but they would cancel appointments claiming the appt they set up was a tentative schedule. Very long times to get appointments. Can only schedule out months out for fillings. Unable to do porcelain fillings anymore, only offer silver. Staff and dentists is friendly though.
The dentists themselves have been great and my kids love going here because they make it fun with balloons, popsicles, etc. However, our last several appointments have been cancelled (just a couple weeks before) due to the office no longer being open that day/the dentist no longer being there that day. Same experience as others. Appointments cancelled constantly because they can’t staff the office and then impossible to reschedule. Would not recommend.
We had a great couple of appointments and then we had our appointment rescheduled constantly due to mysterious clinic closures and staff/dentist absences. It's happened so many times that we have missed over a year of dental care for our daughter. We feel strung along at this point with no explanation. Time to find a new dentist and I recommend you look elsewhere.
