Office called today to reschedule our son’s February appointment that we proactively booked 6 months ago. They wanted to push him back until May, 9 months out from his last visit. Very unprofessional and based on numerous reviews, we are not the only ones. If they truly cared about the health of their young patients, they would have appointments available every 6 months. We will be finding a new dentist that puts the kids dental health first.
I have been taking my kids to this office for years, but over the last year the quality of care has gone downhill. Appointments are continually pushed back for months at a time. The final straw was this past December. My daughter was seen and diagnosed with two cavities, but we were told the soonest they could treat them was June. After reading a few reviews just now, I realize I’m not the only one this is happening to. This is the third or fourth time within the past year they have rescheduled both of my kids so they are well past their yearly cleanings. I will be switching dentists.
I was so impressed with this office. Everything is so thought out and designed with kiddos in mind. Raven was so great and patient during the cleaning, and Dr. Alli was helpful and kind. Honestly I have no idea how people take small children to dentists office that aren’t this one. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know! Updating my 5 stars to 3. We have been going here for 6 years and we our done. It started out great but quality of care has went down so bad. The way they have spoke to my wife was disrespectful and keep moving our appts to further dates. Then they gaslight my wife into saying they called to get my daughter in sooner for an emergency, which never left a voicemail for my wife or myself. They have gone down hill so bad. Please don’t use!!
