We were patients from my daughter's first dental appointment until the age of 11. I thought I was satisfied with the care because my daughter was not scared of the dentist and appointments were efficient. Now I believe they were too efficient. There are not enough doctors, and multiple times they cancelled our appointment and we could not get back in for 9 months. We haven’t had to deal with the cancellations (yet but I’m sure it was coming) We have gone here for 6 years and ultimately left due to the rude unfriendly attitude of Madison. We have since switched!!! Go to Bloomys like everyone else has suggested!!!

We had good experience with care when we actually got to go in, however all 3 of our appointments we have made with them were canceled right before the appointment. When trying to reschedule, they couldn't get us in for 7 months. I was understanding the first 2 times but on the third, I told them we would go elsewhere. Not a good way to run a practice. Edit! Go to Bloomys pediatric dentistry in Ellisville!! We just had our first appointment today! The staff and dentist were outstanding!! 10/10 experience. So glad we finally switched from being canceled every appointment. If you’re a parent trying to stay on top of your child’s dental health, I would think twice about relying on this office to provide consistent care. So many have recommended Bloomys and Kids smiles! This practice is horrible. My son’s appointment has been cancelled 3 times, each time the next available appointment is 6 months out. On Friday they called to cancel his June appointment and reschedule it for December. Meaning he hasn’t had an appointment in 2 years. When I asked what the issue was they said they had two doctors and 4 offices and they are short handed. When I asked if they could refer my son to another practice that specializes in children with Down syndrome the woman was offended and said call your dentist.... read more
