This review should be a zero if I was able to do so. Twice now I have been advised a new appointment is needed. I called within a few minutes of receiving the alert via text. I was told “do to four offices and two providers we need to reschedule.” Well the first date available is at the end of October?! First, this would mean my child would see the dentist once this year from this provider?! Second, why would you still be accepting new clients??!! If you’re a parent trying to stay on top of your child’s dental health, I would think twice about relying on this office to provide consistent care. So many have recommended Bloomys and Kids smiles! Extremely disappointed with this office and their lack of reliability. Our children’s appointments have now been canceled twice due to “no provider available,” and the only option offered was to reschedule nearly 8 months out. My daughter Isabella has been going to this dentistry since she was a toddler. She is almost 13. It's an office that is a husband and wife. Because of greed they just lost a long standing patient. They have four locations and two providers. So they just call you up even though you have been scheduled for a solid 6 months and tell you, oh we have to reschedule because of not having a provider. Multiple canceled appointments. They're fine if you can be seen but they have no availability if even they cancel on you multiple times

We had gone here for several years and had an OK experience. Recently our appointment was canceled due to staffing issues and they are unable to offer us an additional appointment for another six months. They were only willing to offer to put us on a cancellation list. We continued to receive notices that they missed us into schedule an appointment that were automated, but then still were unable to actually make an appointment. It’s super disappointing, and when I called to discuss with them, my concerns were dismissed
