Edit! Go to Bloomys pediatric dentistry in Ellisville!! We just had our first appointment today! The staff and dentist were outstanding!! 10/10 experience. So glad we finally switched from being canceled every appointment. This practice is horrible. My son’s appointment has been cancelled 3 times, each time the next available appointment is 6 months out. On Friday they called to cancel his June appointment and reschedule it for December. Meaning he hasn’t had an appointment in 2 years. When I asked what the issue was they said they had two doctors and 4 offices and they are short handed. When I asked if they could refer my son to another practice that specializes in children with Down syndrome the woman was offended and said call your dentist.... read more
We have been patients here for 10 years. It was great, but in the past year or so it has been a disaster! They keep canceling our appointment due to staffing issues, and then when I go to reschedule they cannot get us in for 7+ months. Completely ridiculous.
They need more dentists as of 2026. My kids went here for three years, but have had multiple cancellations from their multiple offices, even when we schedule 6 months or more out. They say it is because they don’t have dentists to staff. It was very frustrating. We ended up switching to a different service in early 2026.
This review should be a zero if I was able to do so. Twice now I have been advised a new appointment is needed. I called within a few minutes of receiving the alert via text. I was told “do to four offices and two providers we need to reschedule.” Well the first date available is at the end of October?! First, this would mean my child would see the dentist once this year from this provider?! Second, why would you still be accepting new clients??!!
