Dr. Levy was very informative and listened to my issues and concerns regarding my back. Office staff professional and proficient.

I had been dealing with back pain for over 8 months. Seen several doctors before I found Dr. Levy. The surgical procedure he performed took all of the pain away that had been tormenting me for so long.
Dr. Levy and staff were extremely friendly and relatable. Just as much so familiar with my situation and we are able to anticipate my needs to get me where I need to be. I am grateful for the experience and the promise of a roadmap for recovery.
All decisions were under my control. Dr. Levy did an amazing job explaining the pros and cons and then supported my decisions. The front desk staff is extremely courteous and amazing to work with.
Staff was friendly. Doctor listened to what I had to say. Dr. Levy was the third neurosurgeon I saw. He was the first to realize what my problem was. He took care of my problem with an outpatient surgery. Pain is gone after 3 years.
Doctor Levy was amazing. He explained everything about my procedure in crystal clear detail. I had been in excruciating pain for over 8 months and I was back to my extremely physical job in exactly 4 weeks!
I am satisfied because I have an old surgery site that no other dr would even look at. Dr Levy is willing to address my issues in this area. All office staff (especially Sara) have always been understanding and prompt in getting my needs met.
Very professional yet personable. Every time I talked to one of the staff they were courtesy and knowledgable, if I had to leave a message they always got back to me quickly. The doctor was just the way I wanted a doctor to be, he treated me with like I mattered, unlike another surgeon I went to for help. I have already referred friends to Dr Levy.
