The Dr is thorough but the lady who answers the phone is extremely unprofessional. She interrupted and interrogated me as if she were the dr. She pointed out I missed a urine test in May but I got the ultrasound done. I explained that I traveled after the visit and ended up in the hospital fir acute kidney failure and since I've been back my testing isn't improving with my protein output. How is this office even still open? How many patients are screened by incompetent office staff? It's simply sad.
RUDE Service! I was supposed to be a new patient, I didn’t even get to see the doctor or make an appointment because the 2 ladies on the phone were yelling at me and talking to me like I was stupid, and VERY hateful. Very poor phone etiquette. Not friendly from the minute either one of them picked up. Needless to say, I won’t be seeing this doctor because of the treatment from these two ladies. I’ll be calling Mercy South, which is who referred me after my hospital stay, to put in a complaint and get a referral for a differe... read more
