Poor management and poor procedures. They change on collecting copay and tell you waiting on insurance and next thing you know you have a high bill and then because they don't catch it early and collect at time of treatment they will refuse you the right to get treatment. Will never use them again. Wish I could give them a zero nothing like they were when I first came there. Not sure when I first posted this, but wanted to provide an update (12/31/24). I’ve been seeing Dr. Ying Du at St. Louis Medical Clinic for a few years now. She has been diligent at working to find meds that will actually help me with my rheumatoid arthritis. She’s excellent at returning messages on the patient portal - this is my main way of contacting her. I also can’t speak highly enough about the infusion room staff…those nurses are so wonderful. I notice all the reviews are from years ago. Things are only worse now........St Louis Medical used to be THE best in this city. NO MORE!! If you think they are anywhere close to what they used to be, you will be sorely disappointed! NO patient follow up, erroneous things written on your records, Takes long, if at all, for my doctor....He is the head doctor...
