St. Louis Medical Clinic on Ballas Road in St. Louis: I am only reviewing one department employee for this medical clinic to show fairness that it is not the actual Medical group. There is an assistant/secretary by the name of NICK who rarely returns phone calls for the doctors that he works for, messages do not appear to be getting through to the doctors for them to respond in a timely manner, and he does not seem to understand medical terminology. I had a wellness check on June 5, 2025 with Dr Raza. I have a history of thyroid issues and mentioned this to him. I also mentioned I have had some bladder issues. He run blood and urine test’s. The results posted on line on the ninth of June. They showed both had irregular issues. I called the office and was told he had not had a chance to review them. They were to leave a reminder for him. All of my medical needs have been through StL MC for several decades. I have always received excellent care from the 2 (two) doctors I've seen there. (Raza & Ali). Nick, who scheduleds for Dr Raza is most excellent with communication, follow up and etc. I know there has been mixed reviews, some personnel changes (especially with PAs-which was good changes). I give them a 4.5 star
I struggle to understand why on a number of occasions, I’ve called to get my prescription filled and the staff doesn’t relay it to the doctor so it never gets filled. Why would that happen so much at a doctors office? It’s incompetence and lack of communication. Here I am without my medication because I called on Friday at 10am for the refill and the staff once again (5th time since I’ve been a patient), didn’t relay message so I can get it filled.
