very professional service
I’m just trying to get a hold of you to haul my tree branches away and messages are going unanswered since the original ones... please message me! Revision, I do not recommend! Was supposed to come out weeks ago and all messages have gone unanswered and tree limbs still in yard. 😒
I contracted Tim’s team to do some fill and some overseed work for me. We added a couple of items from the original estimate such as filling in bare spots with top soil before seeding. The work added wasn’t completed. Tim did amend the final bill to reflect the work done, but the whole reason I hired this job out is because I don’t have time to do it. I Now either have to finish it myself or hire someone else. I would have preferred a response of sending the guys back out there to finish the job the right way.
Just left a friend f e stranded in the snow. Her car was stuck in this snow storm,she saw a shovel in the back of their truck and asked if she could borrow it. Driver said he didn’t have a shovel. She asked about the one in the back of his truck she could clearly see and the driver yelled obscenities at her and drove off. Classy, very classy. They will never, ever get any business from me if this is how they treat people in need.
Very unprofessional. I would only hire if you hate your neighbor and don't mind them not picking up your leaves, but just blowing them into your neighbor's yard. I do my own yard and spend hours picking up my leaves to just have this company blow all my neighbor's leaves into my yard. I have tried calling the company to speak with someone about this matter and have yet to have someone give me a call.
Tim and his staff did a great job and finished in one day. I definitely will be using them for my landscaping needs.
They destroyed my garden hose twice. They never put my things back after they moved them. After the second time of destroying my hose- we let the mower know, and he said they would replace it. Two weeks passed and we hadn't heard anything, so I called the owner. He told me that they are not responsible for my hose or putting things back that they moved. He said I could cancel the service but he wasn't going to replace my hose.
Best service. They take pride in making your lawn look great.
