Amanda was wonderful to work with. She's knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the science behind her methods and answer all our questions. She also gave us helpful advice on insurance and even cleaned and inspected another one of my rings. Professional, efficient, and a really enjoyable conversation throughout. Highly recommend!
Amanda was amazing! She was so helpful going through all of my mom's jewelry with us to let us know the value of each piece as well as what we would get if we melted it down. She helped us sort through what was valuable and what to do with it. I would give her a higher rating if I could. I will definitely recommend her to people.
Amanda did a phenomenal job on appraising my wedding set I was extremely pleased with the ease of scheduling, the customer service, and detailed breakdown behind the appraisal. I will certainly return for future appraisals and would recommend anyone looking to have jewelry appraised to visit here!
