Yesterday the crew did a fabulous job getting our new American Whirlpool tub installed on our deck and we are simply thrilled with such a turnkey operation! Jerry Cook can't be trusted. I bought hot tub from here that ended up leaking. He would send someone out but it never got fixed. Then the whole tub broke and he would not fix it at all. So basically he sells "refurbished junk" that he won't fix even if you offer to pay him to fix it. Don't was your time and money here!
