UPDATE 9.22.26: I no longer go to this dental office. Dr. Andres retired several years ago, and the office has gone downhill since then. There have been several dentists cycling in and out, along with new staff who seem to be temping at the office. I received a bill from over a year ago, which came as a surprise since I've always paid what I was billed promptly. I can't say the service itself was bad, everyone was always pleasant. Aetna patients beware! I scheduled a new patient appointment a month in advance through their online portal and received a link on Sunday, August 30th with forms to complete prior to my appointment. I filled those forms out the following morning, Monday, August 31st. I arrived for my 8:00 AM appointment on Wednesday, September 2nd and was informed, after 15 minutes of waiting, that my insurance was not accepted by the provider who would be seeing me that morning.
