I had an 11:30am appointment today Friday/5th. They NEVER SHOWED up. I need a new roof and new siding. I waited an hour then went about my day calling more professional companies. Their own site is fraught with BAD reviews.
Did a great job on new gutters and siding. Workmen showed up on time and were pleasant to work with. Would recommend.
They are very unprofessional when it comes to work/ repairing siding. They are hiring just about anybody to do the work. The people they send out don't do a good job at all. The company over change and don't do the work correct. They lie about coming back out to finish and correct the work. They also broke my side gate. My siding is still very loose. My first experience with St Louis Gutter & Siding Inc. Was good, Two men came out and put up my new gutters they did a great job was in and out in no time. clean their mess and everything was right. a month before my warranty was up something went wrong. It looks like a small part of the gutter pull apart. And not allowing the water to run to the drain. I called twice and was told twice someone would come out and look at it. They came out to measure and quote a price. Never heard back. Poor work ethics.
Met with ****** * from St. Louis Gutter and Siding to quote on gutter replacement with gutter covers. Harold was very patient with my questions and explained the best options for my house. Signed the contract and paid the deposit on October 13, 2017. I received a call on October 27th, job scheduled for October 30th. They did a great job! I chose St. Louis Guttering and Siding after receiving 4 bids for my needs. It took a few days and in the end I was satisfied with their proposal and price. Their crew of 2 men arrived when they said they would and began to work right away. They said it would take a couple of hours. They first cleaned out the gutters and completed the job in 2 hours, including completely cleaning up all of the debris from my gutters. I really noticed the results after the recent rain. Overall, I was totally satisfied with this company.
St.Louis Gutter & Siding did a awesome job on my Gutters. Finished in just a couple hours, work area cleaned. everything was done in a timely manner and cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company.
