I went in today 12/26/24 to see if I could sell a two items at melt/spot value for myself and my wife. I was greeted warmly by the owner’s son. He performed an acid test on the items and then his father came out and finished up the tests. After being satisfied with the composition of my items I was offered a price for both items and I accepted the offer for one of the items. i would give no stars of if I could. i gave him gold coins and he gave me attitude and disrespect and a lowball offers after trusting him. i did not receive the correct value for my items now i have to travel 45 minutes back and fourth to do business with people who only judge my gold not me. shame
Family owned business. The owner and his family are such good people. I was greeted warmly and with a smile by the owner. All the patrons as they came and went were treated so nicely. The owner spent a good amount of time and explained our transaction. I heard several repeat customers. Everyone was so nice. I feel i got a fair deal. The owner (Terran...sorry if i spell it incorrectly), is definitely deserving of a visit if looking for gold and diamonds. Good selection and a nice store.
I am so glad I came across this place on Google. Very nice place with great customers service. The Owner was very nice and greeted me with a smile. I received more than I was looking for on some rings I had laying around the house. I also saw some great pieces to buy at a later date.
