They beat the competition by landslide, one of the easiest experiences I’ve held selling jewelry. The store smelled good which is always appreciated. I went to 2 pawn shops near here and they weren’t even close to what Terran was able to give me! They’ve made a customer for life out of me!

Not a serious buyer of jewelry. Took two gold pendants to the guy. Both stamped with the purity markings. He plays games for a few minutes pretending he can’t see them and then after I point them out he insists on scratching and acid testing my jewelry before he can offer me an estimate. I ask him what the estimate is based on. He says the weight of the gold and the amount of carats of diamonds.
