Very disappointed in Dr. Patt Pickett. She’s incredibly disorganized, utilized Venmo for payments, missed appts and then charged us when I requested a refund of the session bundle we purchased. She missed our first appt, stating I never confirmed when the time, when I had in fact replied to her email confirming the time we could do. She had then replied to that email regarding payment and yet didn’t see our response.
