Dr Shapiro seems like a decent dr., but his office staff is rude, argumenative, and disrespectful! The receptionist started arguing and lecturing me on paper work and as I was asking to see the office mngr she asked me to leave…. I told her what i thought if her in a not polite way ( no threat whatsoever) and As I was leaving ( halfway out the door) she rushed from behind the desk and started screaming she was calling security…. I cant use a Dr. whos judgement on office staff is so poor! Time to find another DR.?
I called to make an appointment and the secretary hung up on me and I called again and she asked for records and I said it may not be possible and she said ok bye and hung up on me again
