This is a scam. They promise in their warranty to come back and service our home for $299. When we call them, no one answers and the mailbox is full. On 2 occasions we called and were able to speak with a live person, only to be told that they have no record of us in their system. Our HVAC system had broken down and we were in a bind at a very short notice. We called up the clean air company and were greeted by a very experienced and knowledgeable staff member who listed to our situation very patiently and gave us options that would meet our needs both from a point of view of getting our HVAC back up and running but also something that would fit the budget.
