The doctors, nurses, and staff here are great. This 1 star review is not for them. There are few things more frustrating than trying to reach your child's doctor for something urgent and being forced to listen to 15 minutes of irrelevant recordings (regardless of which numbers you press) only to sit on the wait line and have no one answer. I don't blame staff- I blame management who can't properly run a call line for a children's hospital. It's unacceptable. Do better.
Dr. Rosenthal was wonderful with my 3 year old. I was nervous about this visit and very unfamiliar with the whole process. Everyone was wonderful and our doctor was amazing at getting him to cooperate. I was very impressed and am grateful we were referred here.
They do not staff their phones adequately. Waited 15 minutes to get transferred to a department that said they were closed 20 minutes after they open. Unconscionable.
Best place to take your sick child!!
Very clean building and lots for kids to see and do and not as crowded as Childrens hospital off kingshighway and a lot smaller.
