Yesterday was our first visit to the Childrens hospital with my 4 year old daughter. We were scared, worried, nervous. Everyone was so reassuring, patient and supportive. My little girl was diagnosed with epilepsy. Our EEG tech was so incredible. My daughter took quite a liking to her...even chasing her down later in the hallway. Our Neuro Nurse Practioner was also amazing.... and today I received a follow up call from her....not a receptionist. We never felt rushed, never felt like a nuisance for asking a million questions.... read more

Nurses on the 12th floor were great. Especially Shannon and Angie. Love, love, love them. Seriously, they were absolutely awesome. They made our stay there so much better. They both need a raise. Thank you ladies!!!

We were amazed by how much everyone from the valet to the doctors cared about us! They took their time with my very scared 5 year old son. We had one bad night with an inconsiderate nurse but it was handled professionally and promptly. I can't say enough about how through and great the teams are! We got to see pediatrics, ENT, optomology and infectious disease.
