Terrible! My sister visited in November 2018 for a mammogram and genetic testing. They let her genetic testing results sit so long that the lab could not process her results. They never called her to let her know of their epic fail. She finally called in February 2019 to follow up on her results and this is when they revealed what happened. I visited in December 2018 for a mammogram and genetic testing. I call in March 2019 to follow up. Guess what? They lost my genetic testing samples!
