Drive through service is terrible. Was told at speaker to pull up to window to pick up mobile order, waited 15 min with no interaction before parking and going inside to pick up. Staff didn’t seem to care when brought to their attention I was sitting at the window and my food was on the counter waiting.
Another company ruined by private equity. Food is absolutely disgusting now. Asiago Cheese Bagels don't even look like bagels? And tastes completely different than it used to. It's expensive trash now. What a shame.
Needs to be better staffed at peak hours like lunch and dinner. I’m alway having to wait to get someone to take my order at the front. People are in the back half the time.
I come in every Sunday evening, there is always a sweet young girl working the counter who goes above and beyond and always offers to brew me a fresh pot of coffee. The food could be cheaper and occasionally there are loud children but other than that this is a great establishment. Keep up the good work!
Placed a pick up order for bread. Picked up my order and when I got home I found out I was given 2 frozen bread pieces, not even baked.
