I could not be more pleased with the beautiful shutters we now have in our atrium. We struggled for years with window film and and chose Don with St. Louis Blinds & Shutters to help us. They were responsive, professional and affordable. The room looks beautiful and much cooler for our steamy St Louis summers.
Don did a wonderful job and very pleasant, even changed his schedule to accommodate my needs, and Renee in the office has a great personality, very helpful.
I've used them a few years ago. Love the durability and style of the blinds. Very satisfied with the ease of setting up an appointment through Home & Installation Services at the Costco website. Aileen came to measure the windows about a month ago. She gave advice to slightly alter the length of one vertical shade blade to fix the closing problem. Saved me money. Mike came to install today. Fun to talk to. Both were super efficient and professional. Highly recommend.
This service is top-tier. From your first phone call to Sandra to the Consultation by Don all the way through to the install by Chris and Mike! When I saw the blinds that they installed in the basement, my jaw dropped. It went beyond my expectation because I thought it was just going to be one of those blinds that you pull down and it’s just that sheet. But nope! Don Hauser is a personable knowledgeable professional. He and his company provide excellent installation services. That is expected when you hire him. What sets him above the vast majority of vendors is that when there is a problem he stands behind his service and addresses any issues. Confusion in our order resulted in a blind needing to be replaced. Don replaced it and absorbed the cost. HE STANDS ABOVE OTHERS!!! We love the blinds and him and St.. Louis Blinds and Shutters.
