I find peace every time I have a meeting with my Dr. she doesn’t shame like VA did. I feel like I can live everyday, depression. Thank you

I’ve been going here for a while now and I’ve never had a problem getting ahold of any of my providers. I will say though, it definitely seems like this business cares a lot more about money than I think is necessary. My psychiatrist is kind and understanding but I don’t feel heard some times. My previous therapist was a bit challenging and really used a tough love technique that may not work for some. I appreciated it to a certain extent but sometimes it felt unnecessarily harsh.

I tried calling multiple times to reschedule my appointment but there is never anyone to pick up the phone at the front desk. The last time I called they picked up and I cancelled, but it was apparently within 24 hours so they charged me $80, even though I tried rescheduling before 24 hours. I also had a migraine the day of, and apparently being sick isn’t an acceptable reason to waive the cancellation fee. This business is horrible. I want my $80 back. Dr Bushur has been wonderful with both of my elementary aged sons, through post divorce, sudden loss of a loved one. The reception staff onsite has Ben nothing but courteous and helpful
