Dr. Sophia Grewal is incredibly understanding, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about her patients.
Too many bad reviews to even wanna waste my time. This is behavioral and mental health we are talking about. No need to start on the wrong foot. I should have checked reviews before scheduling. I called today at 920am to cancel my son’s appointment that’s in two days on 8/13/26. We’ll see how that goes as you are only allowed to talk to an answering machine to cancel or change appointments. That’s weird in itself.
It’s all a money grab and they will charge your credit card with no notice, no detailed receipt of payment, NOTHING. It should be illegal for companies like this to take advantage of hard working people and get away with it. SCAM!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! This company is another reason I hate mental health facilities. They seem just a terrible and horrible as Compass Health. I called yesterday 3/4/25 to get some information about my appointment and to make sure it was covered under my insurance because I have had issues in the past with that and then decided while I was waiting for a callback to check the review and the reviews here are terrible and I wanted to cancel my appointment.
